I have a wide variety of options available and I'm capable of drawing many subjects.Do note that I'll need clear and concise details of your desired illustration, including but not limited to; characters present, actions/poses, background description, and more depending on the piece. Image references aren't required but appreciated, though a short description should work just as well. In addition, I reserve the right to reject a commission if the contents/client upset me or make me uncomfortable.Feel free to contact me about any questions or concerns, though I highly encourage you to read through all the information provided on my website before you do so.

Commissions are accepted in batches of 5, and aren't available again until all orders are completed. A waitlist is also available for those who want to be notified of openings early. (up to 5) Openings in the queue/waitlist are given on a first come, first serve basis.Available slots are marked as OPEN. If a slot has been claimed but payment is pending, it's marked as PENDING. A slot is only marked as CLOSED once payment has been received.

As a solo artist my products/services are limited to commissions, adoptables, YCHs (Your Characters Here), character design, and other types of 2D illustrations that can be sold digitally. At the moment of writing I don't offer any merchandise or shippable goods (such as crafts, canvases, shirts, etc) unless they're sold through a storefront like RedBubble. If you'd like me to create designs for your own brand or store I'm willing to give it discussion.Be aware that when you commission me I'll most likely share the final piece on my social media unless we've come to a prior agreement not to do so. (such as an NDA)My terms are under constant development. Meaning services, products, prices, or terms that are available now may be modified in the future. I'll do my best to inform you of these changes should they occur, especially if they'll effect your purchase. • Your Use of my Service
If you've purchased a piece from me or use any of my existing works, you're agreeing that you wont deliberately involve yourself or others, directly or indirectly no matter the shape or form, to:1. use my content for commercial or personal monetary gain...
• if you're the original purchaser refer to the Resale/Trading section below;
• HOWEVER, works are not to be used commercially unless given written permission from myself *
and/or the purchaser;
• this includes commissioning works under the guise of using it for an advertisement or selling *
it for drastically more than you paid for. This also includes use in businesses and corporations;
2. remove watermarks/signatures or make drastic changes to the original piece...
• this includes severely altering any characters or adoptables purchased unless permission is given;
3. circumvent or manipulate my commissions/adoptable structure, my commissions/adoptable handling **
process or my selling and billing process;
4. distribute my art onto other websites or accounts without express permission...
• exceptions to the rule are commissioned works, adoptables, and any art that's been purchased
from me or is resold to you by the original purchaser;
• *roleplay sites are usually exempted as long as proper credit is given somewhere on the page or *
profile, although this will be taken on a case by case basis;
5. request adult works if you are under the legal age of 18;
6. claim complete ownership of the piece that has been purchased;
7. suddenly terminate a project in the works without discussion prior or a legitimate cause for doing so (ie.   loss of funds or personal issues);
8. trace and/or heavily reference my works, concepts, characters, and other creations made my me;I live within the united states, so if you've purchase or use my artwork from other jurisdictions, you're doing so at your own risk. I make on promises that my products/services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. You're responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of our jurisdiction. If these laws conflict with my Terms of Service, it's highly recommended you do not to use them.When purchasing my services you'll be required to provide an accurate and up-to-date email, as well as additional information should you decide to request adult works from me. You may never use another person's email or personal information without permission from that person. You agree to be held responsible if you breach any of the Terms stated on this page. Although I will not be responsible for your losses should you decide to use my works illegitimately, you may be liable for my losses due to such unauthorized use. I reserve the right to deny you service, which includes commissions, adoptable, purchasable characters, and use of any works existing or to exist. • Commissions and Payment
If you plan to commission me you will be required to follow these guidelines as well as all other terms written on this page:1. All ordered works need to be paid in full before production can begin past the sketching phase. **
2. All payments need to be made within two business weeks, in which the customer must not withdraw their **
purchase before it's complete. **
• If the customer wishes to rescind payment and call off the commission it must be done before the *
piece has gone past the lineart stage.
• If the customer wishes to withdraw their purchase but the product has gone into the lineart and/or *
rendering then they're refunded 50% as compensation for the time put into the piece.
• Refunds will not be given if requested AFTER the piece has been completed.
3. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, your commission amount is subject to my prices at the time of **
the order.
• Said amount is dependent on what criteria is met and can vary depending on the specific item.
• The commission price list is made available by me on the commission tab of this website but is
*also available on various social media accounts such as Tumblr, Twitter, Deviant Art, etc. *
4. When payments have been made in the allotted time slot and all the aforementioned criteria have been
**met, the art shall be received. **
**5. All commissions are calculated and paid in US Dollars. **
**6. No commission is to be resold for more than it was purchased for. **I reserve the right to modify my prices at any time, but these changes wont apply to an ongoing commission as long as it was made before the modification date. If you don't agree with the modifications, you have the right to terminate any agreements with me at your leisure.The prices I have listed are reflective of the following criteria; the time expended, the amount of effort required of me, and the quality of the final work. When an invoice has been sent the price is set, but additional fees can arise. Examples include if what's being asked of me surpasses the scope of my listed criteria or alterations to a work are made past the lineart phase (though this is dependent on how drastic the change is).If a customer asks me to change more than 40% of a FINISHED work they'll be required to pay an additional sum equal to or even greater than the original commission, or otherwise accept the product as shown.Once payment is completed the client will receive their artwork within approximately 30-90 days, but I strive to complete it within at least two weeks following the order. However, if I suspect your commission was generated fraudulently or improperly/contrary to these terms then I reserve the right to hold it back for a further 30 days. I may also cancel such a commission within this period. If within 12 months of a commissions payment and completion I become aware of fraudulent actions I reserve the right to claim back commissions paid in respect of that action and I reserve the right to blacklist you and warn others of you fraudulent behavior, as well as refuse to offer any of my services in the future.PayPal is currently the only payment method I accept and as such you will be required to pay through it. Payments will including handling fees that come with your purchase. Other ways of payment may also be discussed but are not assured.All commissioned pieces will contain a watermark in order to prevent theft from both myself and the client.Commissions for original characters/designs must have references or a clear and concise description so that I can accurately portray them in my work. During the initial phases customers are allowed and encouraged to request WIPs, or works in progress, so that they can accurately critique and adjust the design before heading into later stages.Information on commissioning adult works is expanded upon in the Adult Works section below. • Resale/Trading my Works
All works purchased through me or through another person should not to be resold or traded for more than their original worth. The pricing for resale/trading can be equal to or less than the original buying price but under no circumstances should it ever exceed it. If my prices are amended this does NOT alter the price of what's been purchased. For example, if you bought a commission for $50 but it's now worth $70 according to my altered price list, the piece will remain at $50. This also replies to the reverse situationOn the grounds of Adoptables or MYOs (ie. Make Your Own Characters) that may have collected multiple pieces over time, selling the original piece purchased from me for more than its' original worth is still disallowed, but it can be compounded with the other pieces. For example, if you purchase the original work I created for $40, and have two extra works worth $30 a piece, you do have permission to sell all three for $100 under the grounds that you are accounting for both the original's worth as well as the worth as the two pieces accompanying it.If I find you have broken this term I reserve the right to blacklist you and warn others of you fraudulent behavior, as well as refuse to offer any of my services in the future. • Ownership Rights
Works purchased from myself still fall under partial rights of the creator. I still reserve rights to display the commissioned work in a repertoire or portfolio for future promotion as well as make minor modifications to said work, but the client retains all major usage rights. The client also reserves the right to make minor modifications to the final work and promote it on a site of their choosing as long as it isn't contrary to my terms. Creation of said piece still remains under my ownership and under no circumstances may you claim that you are the works' sole creator. Purchased works also mustn't be used for commercial purposes unless thoroughly discussed beforehand. • Non-Fungible Token (NFT)
You DO NOT under ANY circumstances have the right to mint, sell, distribute, or otherwise use my art to create non-fungible tokens. If you're a client who as bought a piece from me you are also disallowed from minting, selling, distributing, or using the works you've purchased to create non-fungible tokens. This includes but is not limited to sketches, personal pieces, commissioned works, and any other creation that falls under my copyright.If I find you have broken this term I reserve the right to blacklist you and warn others of you fraudulent behavior, as well as refuse to offer any of my services in the future. • Scheduling
Being a solo artist I am not available 24/7 but do my best to be punctual when I receive messages and inquiries. Times in which I'm active range from 10 am in the morning till 1 am at night during almost the entire week. If you send a message to me outside of those times, or generally past 10 pm, don't expect a prompt response till the next morning at the earliest. I will typically take holidays off, and may randomly pause production if issues arise, such as family troubles or other unforeseen circumstances. I will always make an effort to notify clients if that were to happen.If something you wish to purchase from me needs to be completed under a certain time allotment, it is your responsibility to come to me at least two weeks in advanced in order to give me ample time to finish the work under your specifications. Under no circumstances am I responsible if you come to me days beforehand, ask me to complete the work in a short period and I cannot do such. • Adult Works
To purchase adult works from myself, or others who are reselling said works, you MUST be above the age of 18 for at least 1-2 weeks. If I find that you had obscured or lied about your age I will be forced to rescind the commission and reserve the right to call the authorities on the grounds that you are a minor asking for inappropriate works from an adult. If you are of the proper age you are permitted to purchase adult works but be aware that even if I'm comfortable drawing most adult subjects, there are some that make me uncomfortable. If you feel what you have in mind may not resonate well with myself than I urge you to read through the compiled list of kinks on my F-List profile (link provided below) and make sure it doesn't fall under the NO section. If it does I will not, under any circumstances, draw that subject.If you have any questions, or a kink either appears on the MAYBE list or doesn't appear on the list at all, feel free to inquire about it, but I reserve the right to reject it if what's suggested if it still isn't something I'm comfortable with.

By purchasing from me and/or using my pieces you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and hold any responsibility if you break them.  • Reselling/Trading
While purchasing adoptables from myself you must own said adoptable for at least 3 weeks to a month before considering resale or trading. Adoptables are also not to be resold for more than what they were purchased for. This is to prevent scalpers from buying adoptables en masse in order to sell at exorbitant prices for a profit. Any design you have purchased can only be resold for less than or equal to the original price tag, with the exception of additive prices for additional art. For example, if you purchase the original adoptable for $40, and have two extra pieces worth $30 a piece, you have permission to sell all three for $100 under the grounds that you are accounting for both the original's worth as well as the worth as the two pieces accompanying it.I'd prefer if no charges were made for gifts or freebies (regardless if they were made by myself or another artists) unless express permission has been given to do so, as there's no monetary exchange for those types of pieces.If a customer would like to refund their purchase they will have to return the adoptable design and rescind all usage rights to do so. • Recoloring/Editing
By purchasing an adoptable from myself you are buying partial rights to that specific character design. I still maintain partial rights to the intellectual property and reserve the right to display adoptable designs in a repertoire or portfolio for future promotion as well as make minor modifications to said work, however I will not reuse/resell the design for personal/commercial projects or further monetary gain.Adoptables you have purchased can undergo minor editing. Examples include; altering colors, changing small features, assigning them a gender, etc. When editing designs closed species should retain at least 80% of the original's appearance— I do not allow people to purchase my adoptable designs under the guise of using the original as a vector for creating entirely new and unrelated character. Otherwise you can develop the character as you see fit and repost the original piece on social media or roleplay sites so long as credit is given to myself. If you'd like more details on usage rights please read over the Ownership Rights section of my General Terms of Service.DO NOT EDIT OUT THE WATERMARK OR YOU WILL PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED FROM PURCHASING ANY AND ALL OF MY PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE. • Additional Terms
Customers are allowed to create their own works, take commissions for, and own personal merchandise of the designs they've purchased, including but not limited to; charms, buttons, figures, prints, etc. These items may NOT be mass produced and sold for a profit. When buying a design from me, if the design is a closed species it must remain as a single design and more characters should not be spawned from it. (ie. twins, siblings, etc.) I do not offer commercial rights to designs purchased from me unless terms for such a transaction have been thoroughly discussed. I would still recommend not buying from me if you're intending to use my designs in for profit endeavors such as prints, store items, comic books, etc. These designs are intended for personal use ONLY.
