I have a wide variety of options available and subjects I'm capable of drawing.I will need clear and concise details on your desired illustration, including but not limited to; the number of characters present, actions taking place, desired poses, and more depending on the piece. Commissions are accepted in batches of five, and wont be available again until every order is completed. I can reserve orders in advance (up to 5), and will notify you when there's an opening in the next batch. Do be aware this is first come, first serve.Available slots are marked as OPEN. If a slot has been claimed but payment is pending, it's marked as PENDING. A slot is only marked as CLOSED once payment has been received.

When placing an order for a commission, you are added to my queue. This queue is divvied into 5 slots, which are available 1-3 weeks after the previous queue has been cleared. (usually announced on my social media) Openings on my queue are given on a first come, first serve basis, and commissions will be completed in this order.Payment is NOT required to hold/claim a slot, but will be requested once it's your turn in the queue. Clients will be provided WIPs prior to payment so they can finalize the details of their commission before purchase.Complex details may accrue additional fees. These details include but aren't limited to; complex compositions, elaborate markings (like tattoos), multiple sets of limbs, weapons/props, or other intricate features within the illustration. This can vary and will always be discussed with the client prior.I take mandatory days off on Saturday and Sunday— I will not work on commissions but will still be available to answer questions and discuss any details.Once a commission is finished, you will receive the full resolution files and smaller resolution files for easier online posting. No commissioned illustration will be watermarked.

As the sole artist, my products/services are limited to commissions, adoptables, YCHs (Your Characters Here), character design, and other forms of 2D illustration that can be sold digitally. I don't offer merchandise or shippable goods. (eg. crafts, canvasses, shirts, etc.) Designs for brands or storefronts will need to be discussed prior, as they fall outside the scope of my terms. Unless previously discussed, I reserve the right to share commissions on social media and use them for my websites and portfolios.My terms are liable to change. Meaning services, products, prices, or terms available now may be modified in the future. I'll do my best inform you should these occur, especially if they effect your purchase. • Your Use of my Service
If you've purchased a work from me or use any of my existing content, you're agreeing that you wont deliberately involve yourself or others, directly or indirectly no matter the shape or form, to:

I conduct my business in the United States. If you purchase or use my works from other jurisdictions, you do so at your wok risk. I make no promises that my products/services are appropriate or available in other locations. You're responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. If these laws conflict with my Terms of Service, it's highly recommended you do not to use my services.When purchasing my services, an accurate and up-to-date email is required, as well as further identification should you request adult works. This information is never saved or shared elsewhere. You may never use another person's email or personal information without express permission from the individual, which must be provided.You agree to be held responsible if you breach any of the Terms stated on this page. Although I will not be responsible for your losses should you decide to use my works illegitimately, you may be liable for my losses due to such unauthorized use. I reserve the right to deny you service, which includes commissions, adoptables, purchasable characters, and use of any works existing or to exist. • Commissions and Payment
If you're interested in or in the process of purchasing a work from me, you're agreeing to:

Prices and fees reflect the following criteria; time expended, effort required on the part of the artist, and quality of the final work. Additional fees may arise at any point and can apply at any time. (usually as a result of the work surpassing the initial scope or the concept being complex) Alterations can also accrue additional fees depending on the severity of the changes. I reserve the right to modify these fees to fit any and all criteria. If you do not agree with the modifications, you have a right to terminate any agreements with me so long as they abide by the Terms stated on this page.Once payment is finalized the client should receive their work within approximately 30-90 days. However, if I suspect your purchase was generated fraudulently or improperly/contrary to these terms then I reserve the right to hold it back for a further 30 days. I may also cancel such a purchase within this period. If within 12 months of a commission's payment and completion I become aware of fraudulent actions I reserve the right to claim back commissions paid in respect of that action and I reserve the right to blacklist you and inform others of you fraudulent behavior, as well as refuse to offer any of my services in the future.PayPal is the only payment method I accept and as such you will be required to pay through it. Payments will including handling fees that come with your purchase. Other ways of payment may also be discussed but are not guaranteed. • Resale/Trading my Works
Works purchased through me or other persons should not be resold or traded for more than their original value. The price should be equal to or less than the original purchasing price, and under no circumstances should it be exceeded. Even if my prices are amended.In concerns to characters or adoptables that have accrued multiple works over time, works purchased from myself still cannot be sold for more than their original value, but can be compounded with other works. For example, if my work is $50 and another is $30, both can be sold simultaneously for $80, on the grounds that you are accounting for their collective value.If I find you have broken this term I reserve the right to blacklist you and inform others of you fraudulent behavior, as well as refuse to offer any of my services in the future. • Ownership Rights
Works purchased from myself still fall under partial rights of the creator. I reserve the right to display these works in a repertoire or portfolio for future promotion, as well as make minor modifications to said work, but the client retains all major usage rights.The client also reserves the right to make minor modifications to the final work and promote it on a site of their choosing as long as it isn't contrary to my terms. Creation of said piece still remains under my ownership and under no circumstances may you claim that you are the works' sole creator.Purchased works cannot be used for commercial purposes unless terms are discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase. • Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and AI Art
You DO NOT under ANY circumstances have the right to mint, sell, distribute, or otherwise use my art to create non-fungible tokens or artificially generated art. If you're a client who as bought a piece from me you are also disallowed from minting, selling, distributing, or using the works you've purchased to create non-fungible tokens or artificially generated art. This includes but is not limited to sketches, personal pieces, commissioned works, and any other creation that falls under my copyright.If I find you have broken this term I reserve the right to blacklist you and inform others of you fraudulent behavior, as well as refuse to offer any of my services in the future. • Scheduling
As the sole artist, I am not available at all times of the day, but do my best to be punctual when receiving messages and inquiries. Times which I'm active range from 10 am to 8pm CST from Monday through Friday. If you contact me outside those allotted times, you may not receive a response until the next morning at the earliest. I typically take holidays off, and may pause production if personal issues arise, such as family trouble or other unforeseeable circumstances. I will always make an effort to notify clients if such events occur.If your purchase must be completed under a specific time requirement, it is your responsibility to notify me at least 3 weeks in advance in order for your work can be completed under those specifications. Under no circumstances am I responsible for tardiness should you notify me after that time period. • Adult Works
In order to purchase adult works from myself or from persons reselling my works, you MUST be of 18 years for at least 2-3 weeks. If I find you've obscured or lied about your age, I will be forced to rescind the commission and reserve the right to call the authorities on the grounds that you are a minor asking for inappropriate content from an adult. If you are of the proper age you are permitted to purchase adult works, but be aware that I reserve the right to reject works should I disagree with the subject matter in question.If you are uncertain about the subject of your commission or have any questions, you are more than welcome to ask me about it, but I reserve the right to reject it if what's requested isn't something I'm comfortable with.

By purchasing from me and/or using my pieces you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and hold any responsibility if you break them.  • Reselling/Trading
Adoptables purchased from myself must remain under the buyer's ownership for at least 3 weeks before resale or trading. Adoptables are not to be resold for more than their original value. This is to prevent scalping, where a person purchases adoptables to be resold at exorbitant prices for a profit. Any adoptables purchased can only be resold for less than or equal their buying price, excluding works sold in larger collections. For example, if the adoptable was purchased for $50 and a piece involving it was purchased for $30, both can be sold simultaneously for $80, on the grounds you are accounting for their collective value. No charges should be made for gifts or freebies unless written permission has been given to do so, as there was no monetary exchange made.If a client would like to refund their purchase, they are required to return the adoptable and rescind all usage rights to the design. • Recoloring/Editing
Adoptables purchased from myself still fall under partial rights of the creator. I reserve the right to display the adoptable in a repertoire or portfolio for future promotion, as well as make minor modifications to said adoptable, but the client retains all major usage rights. In addition, I will not reuse, resell, or trade the design for personal or commercial projects or further monetary gain.The client also reserves the right to make minor modifications to said adoptables. Examples include; altering colors, changing minor features, assigning characteristics, etc. You are not allowed to purchase my adoptables under the guise of using the design as a vector for creating a new and unrelated characters. Otherwise you can develop the adoptable as you see fit. You can also promote it on a site of your choosing as long as it isn't contrary to my terms.Do NOT remove my watermarks or you will be PERMANENTLY blacklisted from purchasing any and all of my products in the future. • Additional Terms
Clients can create their own works, purchase works for, and create personal merchandise of any adoptables they've purchased. Including but not limited to; charms, buttons, figurines, prints, and other physical goods. These items cannot be mass produced or sold commercially/for a profit.I do not offer commercial rights to adoptables purchased unless terms have been discussed and agreed upon prior. These designs are intended for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
